He took the time to help us pick out exactly what we wanted for our vinyl siding, answered every question we had, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Cameron and Caleb are exactly the type of contractors you want to work with for roofing repairs. They are communicative, punctual, ensure the job is completed to your satisfaction, and are respectful. A large limb broke off our oak tree and crashed into the edge of our roof. Ripped the fascia and soffit down, exposing our attic to the elements. I called Rhino Roofing and Caleb & Cameron were out that afternoon to assess the damage. They securely covered the area to ensure no water or critters could invade my house. The repair was scheduled soon after the estimate and we are quite happy with the entire process. Obviously, we're hoping no other limbs decide to break free and wreck our roof. However, life happens! We will absolutely be contacting Rhino Roofing for any future roofing needs.

Our adjuster told us we couldn't "prove the damage was from the storm" or that there wasn't any at all, and these guys very quickly came and drew some lines marking all the damage and spoke to the insurance company for is and got them to change their minds, and even took care of the gutters, these guys made the process so easy and the work was done in a timely manner, our insurance company took FOREVER to get us our check to pay them and they were very patient with us about it. There was also a minor mistake made on just one of my downspouts and the moment they heard it they had the guy come back and correct the issue immediately for us. To add this happened during the horde of new roofs after hurricane Helene and they still took care of us like it was a normal week.

From beginning to end I had the best experience with Rhino Roofing. There were some repairs needed found in my home inspection report, I contacted Rhino and immediately they came out to do an inspection and provide a quote. I was moving from out of state, and they worked with my timeline to secure all materials and get started right after I moved in. The whole interaction was flawless; responses were quick and efficient, they were on time, and the repairs were meticulous. Caleb, Cameron and Sean were so polite and professional - had no problems answering any and all questions. I highly recommend Rhino Roofing - I have never dealt with a more respectful, professional, quality company and this was such a pleasant experience.

Rhino replaced my roof after the 2024 Hail storm. They did a fantastic job and made it easier than I could have hoped for. They took care of everything from the start of the claim until the last nail. I couldn’t have been any more pleased with their service and quality of their work.
